We will not send unrelated third-party advertisements via push notification.

Who Can Use MyUSALove

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyUSALove.

Certain features involving dating interactions may require users to be 18 or older.

We expect all users to behave respectfully and lawfully.

• Do not lie about your age or register if you are under 13.
• Do not use MyUSALove in any unlawful manner.

Using Our Service

License to Use MyUSALove

Ending Our Relationship

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

Deleting the app does not delete your stored data.

You may request permanent deletion of your data, which will typically be processed within 30 days.

Past violations or obligations remain enforceable even after account deletion.

Limitations of Liability

MyUSALove is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

You use the platform at your own risk.

We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for user actions, data loss, service outages, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to MyUSALove in the past six months, whichever is greater.

Availability of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Service interruptions may occur due to factors within or outside our control.

We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

We are not responsible for financial or personal damages resulting from service unavailability.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password.

We recommend using a unique password not used on other apps or websites.

If your account is compromised, we will attempt to assist, but we cannot guarantee restoration of deleted or altered content.

Account Verification

MyUSALove may offer account verification to help identify authentic users.

Verification is not a guarantee of identity or safety.

Basic verification is free, but expedited verification may incur a fee.

General Provisions

Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida, USA.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Trade and Value Corp. dba MyUSALove.
